Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and bilingual Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in the day-to-day operations of our dynamic and passionate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and has a genuine interest in luxury travel and sustainable tourism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications
- Draft and translate correspondence and documents in both German and English
- Assist with occasional travel bookings and client itinerary preparations
- Oversee general office management, including supplies, systems, and vendor coordination
- Support with project tracking, reporting, and follow-ups
- Liaise with clients, partners, and service providers in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the company’s premium service standards
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential
- Previous experience in a personal assistant, office management, or administrative role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Interest or experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is a plus
